Youth for Environment and Social Transformation (YEAST) is officially opening applications for our Executive Board for the upcoming 2026–2028 biennial session. We are seeking visionary, dedicated leaders who are ready to drive our core mission in environmental conservation, sustainable agriculture, and social welfare. This selection process is the exclusive pathway for V5 members to join the board and contribute to the strategic growth of our organization. Please note that this opportunity is available only to active General Members of YEAST.

Youth for Environment and Social Transformation (YEAST) is delighted to announce that applications for General Membership are now officially open for the upcoming 2026/27 session. Since our establishment on April 17, 2022, YEAST has functioned as a dynamic hub for youth engagement, successfully bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world impact. Based in Siddharthanagar-2, Rupandehi, our organization drives meaningful change across the diverse landscapes of environmental conservation, sustainable agriculture, veterinary science, and social welfare. By joining as a General Member, you will become part of a mission-driven community dedicated to environmental stewardship and social progress through proactive education, advocacy, and hands-on field programs.

As a General Member, you will gain access to a wide array of professional benefits designed to enhance your career and personal growth. Members receive priority enrollment in our signature Digital Literacy workshops (covering MS Office and Adobe Suite) and intensive Technical Boot Camps focused on modern agricultural tools, mushroom cultivation, and biochar preparation. Beyond the classroom, you will gain invaluable field experience by participating in Mass Vaccination (PPR) camps, rabies control initiatives, and agro-biodiversity surveys. Furthermore, YEAST offers a unique platform for leadership; all General Members are eligible to apply for board positions and lead independent projects, all while networking with a dedicated community of experts, educators, and fellow change-makers across Nepal.

Youth for Environment And Social Transformation (YEAST), in collaboration with Naukunda Municipality, is organizing an Animal Birth Control (ABC) Program in Rasuwa on Chaitra 22–23, 2081. They are inviting B.V.Sc & A.H. students and graduates to volunteer and actively participate in this animal welfare initiative.

What’s the ABC Program All About?

The program aims to control stray animal populations through humane methods while promoting responsible veterinary care. Volunteers will gain hands-on experience in veterinary practices such as animal handling, surgery prep, and post-operative care—all under expert supervision.

The Youth for Environment And Social Transformation (YEAST) has announced a Paid Volunteer Opportunity for individuals passionate about research and community engagement. The program focuses on data collection and research activities in Gaidakot Municipality and Hupsekot Rural Municipality of Nawalpur District. Selected volunteers will participate in fieldwork, surveys, and data analysis for ongoing research projects. In return, they will receive competitive payment, hands-on experience in research methodology, and acknowledgment in research papers. This is an excellent opportunity to build a professional portfolio and work in a dynamic, real-world environment. Ideal candidates should have a strong interest in research, good communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams. Previous experience in data collection is preferred but not mandatory. Interested applicants are encouraged to fill out the volunteer form by 3rd April, 2025, through the provided link or QR code.

वातावरण तथा सामाजिक रूपान्तरणका लागि युवा (YEAST) द्वारा कृषि सारथि नामक पुस्तक प्रकाशनको तयारी गरिएको छ। यस पुस्तकको उद्देश्य कृपकहरूलाई कृषि र पशुपालन क्षेत्रका व्यवहारिक, वैज्ञानिक, तथा उपयोगी जानकारी प्रदान गर्नु हो, जसले उनीहरूको उत्पादनशीलता वृद्धि गर्न र जीवनस्तर सुधार गर्न मद्दत पुर्याउनेछ ।

यस पुस्तकका लागि कृषि तथा पशुपालन सम्बन्धी व्यवहारिक, अनुसन्धानमूलक, र ज्ञानमूलक लेखहरूः आमन्त्रण गरिन्छ ।

लेख तयार गर्दा निम्न मापदण्डहरू अनिवार्य पालना गर्नु पर्नेछ :

१. लेख शुद्ध नेपाली भाषामा तयार गरिएको हुनु पर्दछ ।

२. लेखमा प्रयोग गरिएका तथ्यहरूको प्रमाणिकता सुनिश्चित गर्न सन्दर्भहरू (References) स्पष्ट रूपमा उल्लेख गर्नुपर्नेछ ।

३. लेख कृषकहरूको व्यावसायिक हितमा केन्द्रित, व्यवहारिक, र ज्ञानबर्द्धक हुनुपर्नेछ ।

४ लेख १००० देखि १५०० शब्दभित्र सीमित हुनुपर्नेछ ।

५ प्रकाशन अधिकारः लेख प्रकाशनका लागि पठाइएको भएपश्चात सम्पादन तथा संशोधन गर्ने सम्पूर्ण अधिकार बाताबरण तथा सामाजिक रूपान्तरणका लागि युवा (YEAST) मा सुरक्षित हुनेछ ।
